Welcome to KMPM APPRAISALS (formerly Bud Sanders Appraisals). We are a leading provider of commercial, small-income and single- and multi-family residential appraisals for mortgages, sales, relocation, estate planning, divorce settlement, tax valuation appeal, condemnation, and much more.
Please allow me to introduce myself as Paul Middaugh. I have been licensed by the State of Indiana to appraise real estate since 1991, and have been licensed as a Certified General Appraiser since 1997. I have a B.S. from Manchester College with majors in accounting, economics and business administration. I hold the IFAS designation from the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers.
On November 1, 2004, I purchased the Bud Sanders Appraisal Division from Highland Park Associates, Inc. (Wiley "Bud" Sanders). The new company name is KMPM, LLC dba KMPM Appraisals.
We have two certified general appraisers, two licensed residential appraisers, one certified residential appraiser and one licensed trainee appraiser.
We offer a full line of appraisal services in the following Indiana counties:
